Hi, I cannot install the Now TV Player on my Macbook Pro. The installer opens, downloads and then when trying to install it says 'Could not complete installation'. I have tried a dozen times and it nothing changes. I have not had this problem with any other app on my Mac! Can anyone help? Now TV is a serious rival to the likes of Netflix and Amazon Prime, but it has one annoying disadvantage if you usually use a Mac or PC to watch from: you have to download a dedicated app, rather.

If you want to reinstall Windows Media Player, try the following:
Click the Start button, type features, and select Turn Windows features on or off.
Scroll down and expand Media Features, clear the Windows Media Player check box, and click OK.
Restart your device. Windows Media Player should be uninstalled.
Repeat step 1.
Scroll down and expand Media Features, select the Windows Media Player check box, and click OK.
Restart your device. Windows Media player should now be reinstalled.
